Free Shopping on orders over $100.00
Flat rate shipping of $6.00 on orders over 13 ounces.
First Class shipping rate (under $6.00) on all orders that weigh 13 ounces. Price will depend on the package weight and how far the item is being shipped.
All international orders will be charged exact shipping costs based on weight, size of package and destination country. All international packages will be shipped through USPS international.
We reserve the right to choose the most economical carrier to keep your costs low. Items will ship from our warehouse within 7 to 10 business days, unless otherwise noted due to special order or backorder status. If an item ordered changes to backorder status, customers will be notified immediately and will have the option to cancel their order or have the item held and shipped as soon as it becomes available.
Some products on our website may ship directly from the manufacturer, and they will usually be shipped within 7 tp 10 business days. We source vendors that ship from the United States only. If an item ships directly from the manufacturer/supplier and not our warehouse, this information will be disclosed on the product page so the customer is aware of it.
Customers will be charged the exact shipping rate from Bolivar Missouri, or a flat rate charge of 6.00, whichever is cheaper. The choices will be available at checkout. Most items will be sent USPS, Ground Advantage; occasionally items will be sent Priority Mail. Shipping rates are based on the weight and size of the package. When you go through checkout, you will be prompted to choose the method of shipping you prefer and you will be charged the exact rate. The same shipping prices apply even if the item ships direct from the manufacturer.
The customer has the option to pick $6.00 flat rate shipping at checkout, which is usually cheaper than exact weight.
We have free shipping over $100.00 to the 48 continuous states. The customer will have the option of picking free shipping at checkout if the total order is over $100.00. Free shipping is not available for packages going to Hawaii or Alaska. Free shipping also does not apply to international packages.

RETURNS
Our return policy is valid for 30 days after receipt of your merchandise.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Sale items - sale items cannot be refunded, however we are happy to exchange or credit.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Prior to sending your returned merchandise, please look up your order number and request the return/exchange by sending us an email at blueberiboutique2@gmail.com, or give us a call at 417-777-1672.
DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE
Each item is inspected before being shipped to the customer. Although rare, on occasion we do get return requests for defective merchandise. After review, Blueberi Boutique will send a credit (gift card code) for the value of the defective merchandise.
In most cases, Blueberi Boutique will not ask to have the merchandise returned. If Blueberi Boutique does ask that the defective merchandise be returned, it will be at the expense of Blueberi Boutique.
RETURNING A GIFT
If you do not have the order number or the email used to place the order of your gift please email blueberiboutique2@gmail.com with the name of the person who ordered the gift for you.
SHIPPING YOUR RETURNED MERCHANDISE
Please DO NOT mail any returns/exchanges to us until you have emailed us with your request and have received a reply approving your return/exchange.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs associated with your return (defective merchandise excluded). We strongly recommend you keep your shipping receipt and tracking number, in the event that we do not receive your product.
Blueberi Boutique is not responsible for returned merchandise lost during shipping.
EXCHANGE PROCESS
Blueberi Boutique will process your exchange within two business days of receipt.
Blueberi Boutique will pay the shipping costs associated with sending the new product out.

Orders wil be shipped United States Postal Service. International packages will also be shipped USPS and the destination countries postal service will take over the delivery at the boarder.
